All pieces are handmade and require careful packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; estimated timelines will be noted on each product page.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. All orders ship via Canada Post (or courier services when needed) and include tracking.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Vancouver, BC. You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
International Shipping
International orders are welcome. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
Damages
If your piece arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. I’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

RETURNS POLICY
Each piece I create is handmade, unique, and may include subtle variations in shape, colour, or texture—these are part of the character of handmade pottery and not considered defects.
Returns
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives broken, please contact me within 48 hours with clear photos of:

I will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in preparation or shipping.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable and non-cancellable, unless damaged in transit.
